Payment

A deposit will be required on booking a room. Payments will be confirmed by email with full directions to locate us.

Cancellations

Cancellation policy: notice of 7 days+ your deposit will be refunded less a £15 booking fee. Notice of 6 days or less your deposit will be refunded if the room is re-let minus a £15 fee.

We request that upon booking you confirm, an estimated time of arrival. Late arrival is possible if agreed in advance.
