Payment

We expect payment in full for reservations of one/two days. Longer stays we require a 25% deposit. We accept cheques or cash, payable to R.Phillips. Payments will be confirmed by e-mail with directions .

Cancellations

Cancellation policy: notice of 7 days+ your deposit will be refunded less a £15 booking fee. Notice of 6 days or less your deposit will be refunded if the room is re-let minus a £15 fee.

We request that upon booking you confirm, an estimated time of arrival. Late arrival is possible if agreed in advance.
